就目前的情况来看,城市综合体建筑具有很多特点,其功能非常复杂,同时会占据很多的面积,火宅荷载高,当发生火宅后蔓延速度非常快,从而会不断增加救援的难度,造成很大的影响,发生很大的经济损失,因此进一步加强城市综合体建筑防火优化设计研究非常有必要。在实际应用中需要结合建筑火灾特点进行,并严格的按照相关标准进行,不断优化防火控制,处理好生产以及安全方面的问题,从而能够不断提高防火设计水平,确保人们的安全。基于此本文分析了大型城市综合体建筑防火优化设计。
As far as the current situation is concerned, the complex of urban complexes has many features. Its function is very complicated. At the same time, it occupies a lot of area, and the load of the fire houses is high. When a fire house occurs, the spreading speed is very fast, which will increase the difficulty of rescue. Great impact, great economic loss occurred, so it is very necessary to further strengthen the fire protection design optimization of urban complex. In practice, it needs to be combined with the characteristics of building fires, and strictly according to the relevant standards, and constantly optimize the fire control and handle the production and safety issues, so as to continuously improve the fire protection design level and ensure people’s safety. Based on this, this paper analyzes the optimal design of fire prevention in large-scale urban complexes.
