新一轮的基础教育课程改革对教师的发展提出了全新的要求,也给教师带来了严峻的挑战。传统的个体独立发展,显然已不能适应新的需求,教师专业化的发展需要开放性、群体性的发展方式,这是基于教师群体的合作学习与发展。教师共同体在本质上也是一种实践共同体,它是由“一个诸多个体的集合,这些个体长时间地共享共同确定的实践、信念和理解,追求一个共同的事业”。(Wenger,1998)
The new round of basic education curriculum reform has set new requirements for the development of teachers and also posed serious challenges to teachers. The independent development of the traditional individual is obviously unable to meet the new needs. The development of the professionalization of the teachers needs an open and group-based way of development. This is based on the cooperative learning and development of the teachers’ groups. The teacher community is also a community of practice in essence. It consists of a collection of individuals who share common practices, beliefs and understandings for a long time and pursue a common cause. " (Wenger, 1998)
