肝细胞生长因子 (HGF)及其受体 (c- Met)在相当一部分人类肿瘤细胞存在高表达 ,其所介导的信号转导及与其他细胞因子的关系 ,直接影响着肿瘤的发生、发展和预后。本文综述了 HGF及其受体 c-Met在肿瘤细胞中的表达特征以及与其他细胞因子的关系 ,为肿瘤诊断及治疗又提供了一条新途径
The expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and its receptor (c-Met) in a considerable part of human tumor cells is highly expressed. The signal transduction mediated by it and its relationship with other cytokines directly affect the occurrence and development of tumors And prognosis. This review summarizes the expression characteristics of HGF and its receptor c-Met in tumor cells and their relationship with other cytokines and provides a new way for tumor diagnosis and treatment
