目的:比较不同居群半夏光合及荧光动力学参数,为科学栽培育种提供理论依据。方法:按Lichtenthaler方法,使用LI-6400便携式光合仪,PAM-2100便携式荧光仪对山西新绛、重庆武陵、江苏海门、江苏泰州4个不同居群半夏叶片的叶绿素含量、光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数进行测定分析。结果:不同居群半夏光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数及叶绿素含量存在明显差异,但叶绿素a/b数值较小;光补偿点普遍较低,在11.57~17.88μmol.m-2.s-1,光饱和点1000~1300μmol.m-2.s-1,山西新绛居群的光饱和点最高;不同居群的半夏光合速率日变化均呈“双峰”曲线,“午休”现象明显;山西新绛半夏居群的实际光化学量子产量、光化学淬灭系数均高于其余3个居群。结论:山西新绛半夏有较好的光合性能。
Objective: To compare the photosynthesis and fluorescence kinetics parameters of different populations of Pinellia ternata and to provide a theoretical basis for scientific cultivation and breeding. Methods: The leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence and chlorophyll fluorescence of four populations of Xinxia, Shanxi Wuling, Haimen, Jiangsu and Taizhou of Jiangsu Province were analyzed by Lichtenthaler method using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system and PAM-2100 portable fluorometer Parameter analysis. Results: There was a significant difference in photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and chlorophyll content between different populations, but the chlorophyll a / b values were relatively small. The light compensation points were generally lower at 11.57-17.88μmol.m-2.s-1, The light saturation point was the highest between 1000 ~ 1300μmol.m-2s-1 and the light saturation point. The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate of different populations showed “double peak” curve, "The phenomenon is obvious; the actual photochemical quantum yield and photochemical quenching coefficient of the population of Xinjianxiaxia were higher than the other three populations. Conclusion: Shanxi Xinxia Pinellia has better photosynthetic characteristics.
