对自行熔炼的Al-Cu5-Ni-Mn-Co系列高强度耐热铸造铝合金进行了固溶处理及时效处理的试验研究。结果表明,用Al-Ti中间合金进行细化晶粒处理,在优化的热处理工艺条件下,不但强度高,而且热疲劳性能好。
Al-Cu5-Ni-Mn-Co series of high-strength heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy self-melted were subjected to solution treatment and aging treatment experiments. The results show that the grain refinement treatment with Al-Ti master alloy under the optimized heat treatment process conditions not only has high strength but also has good thermal fatigue properties.
