一种适宜在6～9月夏秋季节室外露地栽培的耐高温平菇新菌种,1998年夏季由杭州京东实业公司种植场引种成功。7～8月份投放杭州留下镇农贸市场,每千克价格达8元,且供不应求,效益很好。 该菌种特耐高温,出菇温度范围在12～40℃之间,于40℃时仍能正常形成原基,且在45℃时不死亡。子实体能耐45℃以上高温达5小时以上而不枯萎。因而,该菌种适宜在夏秋季室外露地塑料小拱棚床式栽培,以求7～8月高温季节能连续出菇上市,提高效益。
A suitable new species of high temperature resistant Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in open field in summer and autumn in June ~ September 1998 was successfully introduced from the plantation of Hangzhou Jingdong Industrial Company in the summer of 1998. The strain special high temperature, fruiting temperature range between 12 ~ 40 ℃, at 40 ℃ can still form a normal base, and does not die at 45 ℃. Entities can withstand temperatures above 45 ℃ for more than 5 hours without withering. Therefore, the strain is suitable for shed cultivation in summer and autumn outdoor plastic small arch bed, in order to 7 to August high temperature season can be successfully listed on the mushroom, improve efficiency.
