从湛江电力公司两台300MW机组大修,对汽轮机本体非正常泄漏进行有效处理,使机组获得较为显著的经济性收益。同时从解决机组原有的在中间负荷段振动大问题的经验出发,系统地分析了早期高中压合缸300MW汽轮机本体非正常泄漏量大的原因及其对经济性的影响,指出了解决汽轮机本体非正常泄漏的途径和措施。
Overhaul two units of 300MW from Zhanjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., and effectively handle the abnormal leakage of the steam turbine’s main body so as to make the unit obtain more significant economic benefits. At the same time, starting from the experience of resolving the original large vibration in the middle load section, this paper systematically analyzes the reason of abnormal large leakage of the main body of the 300MW turbine of early high pressure combined cylinder and its economy impact, Ways and measures of abnormal leakage.
