本文对72例急慢性丙型肝炎患者检测了红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞(RBC)免疫复合物花环率及T淋巴细胞亚群,并探讨了丙型肝炎患者RBCC3b受体花环率与T细胞亚群CD4/CD8比值的相关性。结果急慢性丙型肝炎患者RBCC3b受体花环率和T细胞亚群CD4/CD8比值较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01);RBc免疫复合物花环率明显升高(P<0.01)。且RBCC3b受体花环率与T细胞亚群CD4/CD8比值呈正相关性,相关系数为0.5972(P<0.01)。提示可能红细胞免疫功能和T淋巴细胞免疫功能的变化均参与丙型肝炎的发病机理。且红细胞免疫功能的变化会影响T细胞的免疫功能。
In this paper, 72 patients with acute and chronic hepatitis C were detected erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate, erythrocyte (RBC) immune complex rosette rate and T lymphocyte subsets, and to investigate the hepatitis C patients RBCC3b receptor rosette rate and T cells Correlation of subgroup CD4 / CD8 ratio. Results In patients with acute and chronic hepatitis C, the ratio of RBCC3b receptor and T cell subsets CD4 / CD8 was significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the rosette rate of RBc immune complex was significantly increased (P <0.01 ). There was a positive correlation between the ratio of RBCC3b receptor rosette and CD4 / CD8 ratio of T cell subsets, with a correlation coefficient of 0.5972 (P <0.01). Suggesting that possible red blood cell immune function and T lymphocyte immune function changes are involved in the pathogenesis of hepatitis C. And changes in immune function of red blood cells will affect the immune function of T cells.
