企业标准体系是企业科学管理体系的基本内容。标准化方法是企业科学管理体系建立和运行的基本手段。企业管理水平的不断提高，就是通过标准化活动体现的螺旋式的上升过程。质量管理就是通过对标准的制定、实施、检查、修订的循环来体现的。传统管理方法———管理制度将被现代管理方法———标准化所取代。在市场经济的发展过程中，政府对标准化工作的干预和监督是十分必要的。
Enterprise standard system is the basic content of enterprise scientific management system. Standardization method is the basic means of establishment and operation of enterprise scientific management system. The continuous improvement of the management level of enterprises means the spiraling process of rising through standardization activities. Quality management is through the standard formulation, implementation, inspection, revision of the cycle to reflect. The traditional management methods --- management system will be replaced by modern management methods --- standardization.
