随着科学技术的不断发展,对机械传动系统的性能和精度提出了更高的要求。为了获得组成机械传动系统的高精度传动件(如齿轮、蜗轮……),对其工作母机的精度要求也必然相应提高。要提高机床传动精度,必须首先测出其传动链误差,进而找出传动链中误差的主要环节并加以改进。所以,齿转机床传动链的测试手段,对检测和提高传动链精度,具有十分重要的意义。
With the continuous development of science and technology, the performance and precision of the mechanical transmission system put forward higher requirements. In order to obtain high-precision transmission components of mechanical transmission system (such as gears, worm gears, etc.), the accuracy of their work machine must also be increased accordingly.
