1960年夏天,我高中毕业后有幸考取了上海电影专科学校美术系,不幸的是没读完一学期就大病一场,差点休学。后来,分专业时被分在了绘景专业,不但想当一名电影美术设计师的愿望落空,而且以我的身体状况以后也很难适应绘景这方面的工作。这股怨气被当时的政治气氛所催发,我毕业时写的论文竟敢与电影美术界泰斗韩尚义的著作论争。后来这场论争被利用成了对“资产阶级反动学术权威”上纲上
In the summer of 1960, after graduating from high school, I was fortunate to have studied at the Fine Arts Department of Shanghai Film Academy. Unfortunately, I did not receive any serious illness during the semester and almost stopped school. Later, I was sub-professional in the painting scene, not only to want to be a movie artist’s aspirations, but also in my physical condition is difficult to adapt to the background painting work. This grudge was inspired by the political atmosphere of the time, and the thesis I wrote when I graduated dared to contend with Han Shangyi’s movie and film genre. Later the debate was used as a reference to the “bourgeois reactionary academic authority.”
