金融危机后全球经济复苏曲折缓慢,各国宏观政策博弈加剧。我国经济经过多年的持续高速增长,经济增长结构开始呈现趋势性变化,多种矛盾累积叠加,经济发展方式转变和结构调整的紧迫性逐渐增强,国内外中长期宏观经济环境需要我们做出新的判断和思考。“十二五”期间,四川省将全面进入工业化加速发展的时期,经济发展水平将进一步提高。与此同时,全省经济发展中所面临的结构调整压力和培育新兴产业的挑战都将加大。
After the financial crisis, the global economic recovery has witnessed a slow turnaround and the game of macroeconomic policies of various countries intensified. After many years of rapid and sustained economic growth, the structure of economic growth has begun to show a trend of change. Various contradictions have been cumulatively superimposed. The urgency for the transformation of economic development mode and structural adjustment has gradually increased. The macro-economic environment at home and abroad needs us to make new Judgment and thinking. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, Sichuan will fully enter the period of accelerating industrialization and economic development will be further enhanced. At the same time, the pressure of structural adjustment and challenges in nurturing new industries in the province’s economic development will all increase.
