本文以教育新区发展下的村落建设为背景,探索普洱学院周边传统农村为应对新区发展而形成的村落建设,并以调查现状、分析问题、提出对策、设计示范为基本研究思路。通过分析传统村落在新区发展建设下的发展趋势和存在问题,将新村设计、新居设计理念引入到村落建设中,探索新村布局、新居设计并存以适应城市扩张的步伐,以期对乡村新居的建设起到积极作用。
