反向温敏不育系雁农S具有高温可育和低温不育特性,该研究对雁农S及其转育而来的粳型反向温敏不育系在黑龙江哈尔滨地区的育性表现进行了探讨。多年的田间观察结果表明,水稻反向温敏不育系雁农S在黑龙江哈尔滨地区的全年最高温时段(7月下旬至8月下旬)败育彻底,不会发生育性转换,自交结实率为0,推测其不育起点温度高于28℃;由雁农S转育而来的大多数粳型反温敏不育株系在7~8月都能完全败育而不发生自交结实现象,表明雁农S来源的不育系在寒地稻区的不育安全期长,不育特性相对稳定,为推动寒地杂交粳稻发展及实现原地制种提供了理想的遗传工具。
