将人的毛发用2MeV 的质子进行激发X 线(PIXE)分析,发现从同一个人的不同部位上的毛发中所收得的痕量元素的含量,其标准差范围为17—28%,而从不同人的毛发中所得到的痕量元素的含量其标准差范围为26—69%。在同一个人身体上不同部位的毛发中,所含痕量元素的重大差异,显示出痕量元素在毛发中的吸收和累积是取决于身体上毛发所处的位置。白发与黑发中痕量浓度也显出有所不同。
Analysis of human hair with 2 MeV protons by excitation X-ray (PIXE) analysis revealed that the standard deviation of the trace elements contained in the hair from different parts of the same individual ranged from 17 to 28% The standard deviation of the trace elements obtained in different human hair is in the range of 26-69%. The significant difference in trace elements contained in the hair of different parts of the same person’s body shows that the absorption and accumulation of trace elements in the hair depend on where the body hair is located. Trace concentrations in white hair and dark hair also show some differences.
