新一轮课程改革对课堂教学提出了更高的要求,传统的教学方法已经不能适应新课改的要求。教师只有切实转变观念,破除传统的教学方法,立足于课堂四十五分钟向课堂要效益,才能不断提高教学效果。笔者从几十年来的教学经历得出如下体会:课堂教学不仅需要具体明确的教学目标,更需要高效紧凑的教学组织结构。科学恰当的教学方法,使每一章节每一细节的教学构建都能体现现代素质教育理念,只有把课堂教学的整体功能充分发挥出来,学生们才会开启心智、调动思维、激活潜质,教育教学的效果才会更显著。
