听课、评课是幼儿园的常规教研活动,是促进教师教学观念更新、教学经验交流、教学方法探讨、教学艺术展示、教学水平提高等的重要途径和主要手段。听课、评课过程,是教师在互动中获取经验、自我提高的过程。因此,听课、评课是教师研究课堂教学,提高业务能力最有效的途径。我园一向非常重视听课、评课活动,利用每周五教研日开展听课、评课活动。然而我们发现很多教师在听课、评课方面存在听课前准备不足、听课过程记录不全面、评课视角单一等诸多问题。那么,应该从哪些方面去调整呢?听课者应该从哪些方面去观摩、评议教师的教学活动呢?怎样的听课、评课活动才是有效的呢?我试着通过总结,分析出一些提升听课评课效率的策略。
Listening to class, class reviewing is a regular teaching and research activity in kindergarten, which is an important way and main means to promote the renewal of teachers’ teaching concepts, exchange of teaching experiences, discussion of teaching methods, display of teaching art and improvement of teaching level. Listening to classes, teaching process, is the process of teachers to gain experience in the interaction, self-improvement. Therefore, listening to lectures and evaluating lectures are the most effective ways for teachers to study classroom teaching and improve their professional ability. I Park has always attached great importance to lectures, class activities, the use of every Friday research day to carry out lectures, class activities. However, we found that many teachers have many problems in lecturing and evaluating lectures, such as insufficient preparation before lecture, incomplete record of lectures, single view of lectures and so on. So, from what aspects should be adjusted? Listen to what should be the audience to observe and comment on teachers’ teaching activities? What kind of lectures, assessment activities is effective? I try to summarize, analyze some of the promotion lectures Evaluation of the efficiency of the strategy.
