第一条 为了加强对城市房地产转让的管理,维护房地产市场秩序,保障房地产转让当事人的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》,制定本规定。
Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the “Urban Real Estate Management Law of the People’s Republic of China” in order to strengthen the management of the transfer of real estate in the cities, safeguard the order of the real estate market and guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved in the real estate transfer.
