文章以上海瑞金医院为例,分析了门诊量不断增长的影响因素及其带来的问题和困惑,提出医院可通过政府有效措施来分流病人,通过建立门诊医疗服务网络、分类分层服务模式、为日益增多的非本地病人设立特别服务通道以及依托计算机信息系统等来进一步保障和实现大型医院门诊应有的定位和功能。
Taking Shanghai Ruijin Hospital as an example, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the ever-increasing outpatient volume and the problems and confusion it brings. It suggests that the hospital can divert patients through effective government measures. By setting up an outpatient medical service network, Set up special service channels for a growing number of non-local patients and rely on computer information systems to further ensure and realize the proper positioning and function of large-scale hospital clinics.
