工业锅炉产生蒸汽的压力和温度是否稳定、锅炉运行是否安全,直接影响到生产,更关系到人员和设备的安全与否。文章介绍了工业锅炉的主要工艺流程,锅炉的三大过程控制系统,探讨了锅炉汽包水位控制系统的设计方法与综合应用,从单变量控制到多变量控制,深入分析,为锅炉控制研究提出参考。
Whether the pressure and temperature of steam generated by industrial boilers are stable or not and whether boiler operation is safe will directly affect the production and the safety of personnel and equipment. This article introduces the main process of industrial boilers and the three process control systems of boilers. The design method and comprehensive application of boiler drum water level control system are discussed. From single variable control to multivariable control, in-depth analysis is put forward for the research of boiler control reference.
