培训品牌作为培训质量、服务和文化的综合体现,已成为当今培训市场竞争的主要方式,品牌化发展已成为培训领域的必由之路。本文通过金华职业技术学院培育和创建培训品牌项目的实践和思考,认为高职院校要创建培训品牌必须强化品牌意识,依托优势专业,对接支柱产业,创新培训方法,重视品牌推广。
As a comprehensive embodiment of training quality, service and culture, training brand has become the main way of training market competition today. Brand development has become the only way of training field. In this paper, through the practice and thinking of cultivating and creating training brand projects in Jinhua College of Vocational Technology, we think that to create a training brand in higher vocational colleges, we must strengthen brand awareness, relying on the advantages of professional, docking pillar industries, innovative training methods, emphasis on brand promotion.
