本文使用天然优质铁源动物血和肝来预防幼童贫血取得较好效果。试验共进行10周,将71名血红蛋白浓度低于12g/dl的健康全托幼儿分为三组:A组儿童每周摄入加有动物血、肝的试验膳食五天,B组进餐与A组完全相同,仅每天加服维生素C100mg;C组作为对照组。A、B组儿童身高、血红蛋白浓度、血清运铁蛋白浓度增高值和全血游离红细胞原卟啉下降值均显著高于C组,A、B组之间无显著差异。结果表明,本文营养措施简便有效,安全可行,容易普及,是一种长期预防营养性缺铁性贫血的有效措施。
In this paper, the use of natural high quality iron source of animal blood and liver to prevent anemia in young children achieved good results. The trial lasted for 10 weeks and divided 71 healthy whole-child care children with hemoglobin concentration less than 12g / dl into three groups: Group A children weekly intake of animal blood and liver for five days, group B meal and group A Exactly the same, only daily plus vitamin C100mg; C group as a control group. The height, the hemoglobin concentration, the elevated serum transferrin concentration and the decrease of whole blood erythrocyte protoporphyrin in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C, and there was no significant difference between group A and group B. The results showed that the nutritional measures of this article are simple and effective, safe and feasible, and easy to popularize. It is an effective measure to prevent nutritional deficiencies of iron deficiency in the long term.
