近年来,由于免疫学的进展,有关变态反应方面的研究日渐增多,释放药理活性物质与变态反应有关的肥大细胞的研究亦在广泛开展。肥大细胞释放组织胺与肝素。组织胺影响微循环的变化。微循环是直接参与组织、细胞物质代谢体液(血液、组织液、淋巴液)的循环动态。直接活体实验观察肥大细胞与微循环变化的简便方法尚需完善解决。我们在观察美兰超生体染神经末梢的过程中,发现应用蟾蜍足蹼直接活体观察肥大细胞与微循环的变化,既方便又便于实验指标的研究。用来观察某些药物和中草药对肥大细胞与微循环的研究是有意义的。
