用多波耦合理论分析了铌酸锂晶体中的扇形噪音形成机制,结合单载流子两能级系统解释了双掺铌酸锂晶体的光致光散射光强阈值效应,进一步分析了掺杂铌酸锂晶体中信号光和噪音光之间在光放大上的竞争,并理论预言了双掺铌酸锂晶体在进行双光束耦合时存在最佳泵浦光强和最佳光生伏特场。
The formation mechanism of fan-shaped noise in lithium niobate crystal was analyzed by using multi-wave coupling theory. The light-induced light scattering threshold value of lithium-doped lithium niobate crystal was explained by combining two-level single-carrier system. The effects of doping The competition of optical amplification between signal light and noise light in lithium niobate crystal is theoretically predicted and the optimal pump light intensity and the optimal photo-generated voltage field exist when the double-doped lithium niobate crystal is coupled with two beams.
