通过动态腐蚀试验和电化学极化曲线方法研究了聚合物泥浆中碳钢的腐蚀行为 ,并对泥浆中碳钢的腐蚀机理及缓蚀剂防护措施进行了探讨。结果表明 ,影响钻具腐蚀的主要原因是泥浆溶解氧和酸值 ,并且氯离子以热力学方式加速腐蚀进行 ,吸附型缓蚀剂和除氧剂联合使用对碳钢腐蚀有较好的防护效果。
The corrosion behavior of carbon steel in polymer mud was studied by dynamic corrosion test and electrochemical polarization curve method. The corrosion mechanism of carbon steel in mud and the protective measures of corrosion inhibitor were also discussed. The results show that the main factors that affect the corrosion of drilling tools are the dissolved oxygen and acid value of mud and the accelerated corrosion of chloride by thermodynamics. The combined corrosion inhibitor and oxygen scavenger has a good protective effect on the corrosion of carbon steel.
