实验结果表明白金降脂丸能预防高脂饲养动物血清胆固醇的升高,降低高脂动物血清胆固醇、甘油三脂、全血及血浆比粘度并能升高大鼠主动脉壁cAMP水平,而其主要组成药物郁金有降低血胆固醇作用,郁金、白矾有降血浆及全血比粘度作用。
The experimental results showed that Baijin Jiangzhi Pills can prevent the increase of serum cholesterol in high-fat animals, reduce the serum cholesterol, triglyceride, whole blood and plasma specific viscosity of high-fat animals, and increase the cAMP level in rat aortic wall. The composition of the drug turmeric has a role in lowering blood cholesterol, and turmeric and white peony have a lower plasma and whole blood specific viscosity effect.
