剖宫产术为产科最常见手术之一,已成为挽救产妇和新生儿生命的重要手段,但随着肥胖人群增加及女性对自身完美要求的提高,剖宫产率明显增加。剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的发生无疑延长切口愈合时间,增加切口感染的机会,不仅给患者及家属在精神、躯体、工作、家庭、经济上造成不同程度的损害,同时也增加了医师的压力和工作量。我们采用回顾分析的方法,探讨、总结其发生原因及防治体会,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料2004年6月-2014年6月于我院妇产科行
Cesarean section is one of the most common obstetric procedures and has become an important method to save the lives of mothers and newborns. However, the rate of cesarean section increases with the increase of obese people and the improvement of women’s perfection. The incidence of fat liquefaction after incision cesarean section undoubtedly prolongs the incision healing time and increases the chances of incisional infection. It not only impairs the patients and their families in spirit, body, work, family and economy to varying degrees, but also increases the physician’s Stress and workload.
