探讨推间盘镜治疗腰推间盘突出症及术后近期CT表现的临床价值。材料和方法:分析比较了64例经椎间盘镜手术的腰椎间盘突出症的效果和术前及术后近期CT表现。结果:本组病人术后CT表现均为原椎间盘突出部位仍见椎间盘突出样组织,边缘欠清晰、密度相对较低,边缘饱满程度也相对术前较低等。结论:椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后短期CT复查临床价值不大。
To explore the clinical value of pushing disc mirror in treatment of lumbar disc herniation and postoperative CT findings. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The clinical data of 64 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by discography and their CT findings before and after surgery were analyzed and compared. Results: The postoperative CT findings of this group of patients were those with original disc herniation still with disc herniation. The margins were not clear, the density was relatively low, and the fullness of the margins was lower than that before the operation. Conclusion: The clinical value of short-term CT retrospective study after disc discectomy for treatment of lumbar disc herniation is of little clinical value.
