法国既是浪漫之都,也是美食之国。现如今法国的传统美食已经入选了世界非物质文化遗产,法国美食的背后体现的是法国的社会人文气息以及法国人对待生活的生活态度。一提起法国的美食,我们便会想起鹅肝,葡萄酒,面包以及奶酪,相对于其他几类食物或者饮品,我们国人对于奶酪的认识明显不足,对于奶酪的认识还停留在汉堡当中那方奶味的薄片上,但实际上法国奶酪的种类、品种以及吃法都值得我们去了解。奶酪在法国的主流饮食当中占据着不可动摇的地位,接下来我们就一起来详细地了解一下奶酪以及对我国饮食文化的影响。
France is both a romantic capital and a country of food. Nowadays, the traditional French cuisine has been selected into the world’s intangible cultural heritage. The French cuisine reflects the French cultural atmosphere and the French attitude towards life. When it comes to French delicacies, we are reminded of foie gras, wines, breads and cheeses. Compared with other types of food or drinks, our people are obviously not aware of cheeses. The understanding of cheese still remains in the side of the hamburger in Hamburg Of the thin slices, but in fact the type of French cheese, variety and eating methods are worth to understand. Cheese occupies an unshakable position in France’s mainstream diet, and then we come together to learn more about cheese and its impact on our diet.
