发行是报纸的生命线。湖北日报报业集团楚天发行总公司组建5年来,坚持改革创新,使集团发行事业生机勃勃:发行种类发展到《湖北日报》等5报4刊;《楚天都市报》的发行量位居全国综合性日报第8名;《特别关注》成为全国又一个过两百万大刊;实现250余万份省内期发总量,近3亿元的销售规模;2005年被全国报纸自办发行协会评为“全国报纸自办发行先进单位”。上述成就的取得,是创新理念、创新思路、创新实践的结果。他们的创新主要体现在:——有效整合网络。通过对网络的有效整合,建成了覆盖全省、完全自主、统一管理、布局合理、时效快捷的专业化报刊发行网。——管理创造价值。制定了以目标责任制为中心的人事、财务、质量、后勤等整套的工作规章和工作细则,使发行工作朝科学化、规范化、制度化的目标迈出了一大步。——“以人为本”强团队。开展有计划、多层次、多形式的培训工作,挖掘人才潜力,造就一支能吃苦、善打硬仗的发行员队伍。——服务也是竞争力。开展了“星级投递服务”及“客户服务年”活动,形成了发行质量管理、监控、评比、奖罚一整套的管理模式,赢得了订户的信赖。2005年开始,启动“客户呼叫中心”项目,大大提高了工作效率和服务水平。——效益讲求最大化。深化服务内涵、拓展服务范围,相继开展了外报外刊、直投广告、纯净水配送及旧报刊回收等经营业务。本刊特分两期刊发相关的总结和思考,以飨读者。
