本文回顾了以历史比较语言学、结构主义语言学、转换生成语言学和系统功能语言学为代表的现代语言学的主要发展历程 ,指出人类对语言的认识经历了漫长的道路 ,如今还在继续向前探索。随着语言科学的发展 ,语言学应用的范围将会越来越广泛。语言学现在已经成为人文科学中的带头学科。由于不同学科之间的互相渗透 ,今后将会出现更多的与语言学相关的交叉学科。本文还侧重讨论了语用学、语言教学论、词典学、国际语学等语言学的相关学科 ,并且展望了语言学的发展前景
This paper reviews the main development history of modern linguistics represented by historical comparative linguistics, structuralist linguistics, transformative linguistics and systematic functional linguistics. It points out that the human understanding of language has come a long way and continues today Explore. With the development of language science, the scope of linguistic application will be more and more widespread. Linguistics has now become the leading discipline in the humanities.
