结合最新高中数学课程规划标准文件审视,其中对于目前相关指导教师素质提出更高的整改要求。实际上数学教师素质改造工作主要围绕系统培训和自我完善层面实施有机拓展。布置有关培训工作内容期间,需要时刻强化师资协调功效,必要时制定完整课程培训方案,尽量透过校内外选取优质化引导专家进行课堂秩序规范;再就是改革过往数学教师培训考核流程,经过计算机信息技术因素灌输过后,实施创新教材培训机制。本文旨在研究新时期背景下高中教师素质调试状况,将不良问题提炼清楚,并制定科学应对方案,为后期高中校园数学应用课程拓展提供坚实支撑跳板。
