以武汉火车站为应用背景,通过充分利用沸石粉在混凝土中的固有特性为切入点,并针对高速铁路桥梁用自密实混凝土的检测方法进行深入研究,最终配制出自密实饰面清水混凝土,并在工程中大量成功应用。研制出的自密实饰面清水混凝土在密集钢筋的高速铁路桥梁中取得了较好的饰面效果,其自密实特性大大降低了劳动强度和噪声污染,节约了工期。
