“文档一体化管理”是将文件管理与档案管理这两个管理环节衔接起来,纳入一个管理系统中,在文件办理完毕随时随地进行文件整理归档。文章对企业办公自动化管理中实现文档一体化管理进行了探讨。
“Document Integration Management ” is the document management and archival management of the two management links, into a management system, the file is completed at any time to organize the file. The paper discusses the integrated management of documents in the OA management of enterprises.
