航空燃油污染对于整个燃油系统故障有举足轻重的地位。燃油流量以及质量是实时监测的重要参数。对于三支路交叉管道的燃油污染分布情况,设计了以蒸馏水为模拟介质,通过pH测定浓度进而得到流量的系列试验。单直管道的试验表明所选方法是可行的,流量和横向扩散系数都与理论保持一致。三支路交叉管道的试验则证明交叉混合区流场的三维湍流特性,以及已污染和未污染燃油之间的分界线的动态不确定性;同时可模拟出流向扩散、横向扩散以及纵向扩散的进程。
Aviation fuel pollution plays a decisive role in the overall fuel system failure. Fuel flow and quality are important parameters for real-time monitoring. For the distribution of fuel pollution in the three-way cross-over pipelines, a series of experiments were designed with distilled water as the simulation medium to determine the flow rate through the pH measurement. Tests on a single straight pipe show that the selected method is feasible and the flow and lateral diffusion coefficients are consistent with the theory. Triaxial tests of cross-over pipes demonstrate the dynamic three-dimensional turbulent characteristics of the flow field in the cross-mixing zone and the dynamic uncertainty of the boundary between contaminated and uncontaminated fuels. Simultaneously, the effects of flow-direction diffusion, lateral diffusion, and longitudinal diffusion can be simulated process.
