电火花加工Ti-6Al-4V是多目标工艺参数优化问题。采用信噪比的分析方法分析正交试验结果,得出加工工艺参数对材料去除率和电极损耗率工艺目标的影响规律。影响其工艺性能的主要加工工艺参数有电流、间隙电压、脉冲宽度和工作因子。试验结果表明采用参数设计中的信噪比方法,能更加准确地反映具有强干扰特性的电火花加工Ti-6Al-4V过程中参数对加工工艺目标的影响程度。
EDM Ti-6Al-4V is a multi-objective optimization of process parameters. The results of orthogonal test were analyzed by the method of signal noise ratio (SNR) analysis. The influence of processing parameters on the process of material removal and electrode loss rate was obtained. The main processing parameters that affect the process performance are current, gap voltage, pulse width and operating factor. The experimental results show that the signal-to-noise ratio method in parameter design can more accurately reflect the influence of the parameters in the process of Ti-6Al-4V EDM with strong interference.
