文章以哈尔滨滨北线松花江公铁两用桥物资管理成本控制为例,结合项目实际情况,重点从物资采购成本控制、合同签订结算控制、过程消耗核算控制及ERP软件应用控制四个方面进行论述,提出了铁路施工企业物资管理成本控制的有效措施和方法,对今后项目物资管理成本控制起到借鉴作用。
Taking Harbin Songhuajiang Rail-cum-Road Bridge as an example, this paper takes the material management cost control of Songhua River Rail-cum-Road Bridge as an example. Considering the actual project conditions, this paper mainly discusses the following aspects: material purchase cost control, contract signing and settlement control, process consumption accounting control and ERP software application control , Put forward the effective measures and methods for controlling the cost of material management in railway construction enterprises, which can be used as a reference for the material cost control in the future.
