在国有企业改革过程中,工资分配制度一直是焦点问题。搞好国有企业的工资分配制度改革,不仅是调动企业职工积极性、促进企业经济效益提高的重要手段,而且也是深化企业改革、建立现代企业制度的内在要求。
In the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the wage distribution system has been the focus of attention.
