平滑肌细胞(smooth muscle cell,SMC)是冠状动脉粥样硬化和再狭窄病变中的主要细胞成份之一,受多种因素调节,各种细胞因子和信号途经相互作用,协调细胞生理及病理状态下的表达和功能。细胞培养方法的建立为研究SMC提供了稳定可靠的方法学,也为了解SMC的特性和分化规则,找寻血管疾病的病因和防治方面起到重要作用。SMC在组织工程学和基因治疗中的应用,为心血管疾病的治疗带来了曙光。
Smooth muscle cell (SMC) is one of the main cellular components in coronary atherosclerosis and restenosis. It is regulated by many factors.
