国内外文献未见乙醇导致生精细胞凋亡的研究报道。我们在药酒L(乙醇含量30%)喂饲小鼠的实验中观察到生精细胞凋亡增多现象。实验选用成年雄性昆明种小鼠40只,体重18-22克,随机分为三个实验剂量组和对照组。实验组小鼠分别按药酒L推荐食用量100ml/鼠·日的1倍、2.5倍、5倍(2ml、5ml、10ml/kg体重)剂量灌胃30天。对照组以蒸溜水灌胃。剖杀后取睾丸常规制片HE染色光镜观察。对照组小鼠睾丸检见少量散在初级精母细胞凋亡,凋亡细胞形态为细胞体积变小、核固缩及核外凸小泡形成。实验低剂量组可见少量散在初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞及精子细胞凋亡;中剂量组可见部分生精细胞呈空网状改变,生精细胞凋亡特点基本同低剂量组但凋亡细胞数量稍有增多,另还检见多核凋亡生精细胞。高剂量组曲细精管生精上皮层次稍减少,各级生精细胞凋亡明显增多,可见散在A型糖原细胞凋亡,还可见双核、多核凋亡生精细胞,个别曲细精管腔内有裸核凋亡生精细胞聚集。本实验结果显示:药酒L低剂量组对小鼠生精细胞凋亡影响较小,高剂量组导致生精铀胞凋亡明显增多,有一定剂量效应关系。说明长期过量饮用乙醇有明显诱导生精细胞凋亡的生殖毒性作用,其机理尚待进一步研究。同时可看出,睾丸生精细胞凋亡指标对于评价生
