遵照毛主席关于“教育必须为无产阶级政治服务,必须同生产劳动相结合”的教导,我们在校办工厂的毕业实践中,承担了石油化工和国防建设所急需的高增益、低漂移运算放大器的试制任务。在试制中,根据“洋为中用”的精神,参考了国外同类产品AD508,并根据我们自己的情况重新设计。按p-n结隔离线性集成电路工艺流程,最后成功地试制出了具有高β管输入级的4E325高增益低漂移运算放大器。其直流开环增益大于120db,失调电压小于1mV,失调电压温漂小于0.5μV/℃,达到了要求的技术指标。下面,按电路原理,低漂移的获得,版图设计及制造工艺,测试结果等方面总结如下:
