中国公派汉语教师、志愿者教师去国外,尤其是华侨华人较多的国家教汉语,会遇到极其复杂的情况:一方面,普通话(华语)与各种汉语方言并行;另一方面,简化字、繁体字、异体字、方言字、错别字五方杂处。再加上海外华语与普通话之间的种种差异,使得汉语国际推广中的语言文字规范问题日趋突出。而派出的汉语教师遇到这样的问题往往束手无策,甚至随波逐流。其原因之一在于,目前国内无论是汉语国际教育专业本科生、研究生的课程设置,还是公派汉语教师、汉语教师志愿者的培训,都缺少语言文字规范化的内容。为此,本文提出应该在出国汉语教师培养、培训中增加这部分内容,并对其重要性、必要性、具体内容和执行策略进行了论述。

One of the reasons is that at present, neither Chinese undergraduates majoring in international education in the field of Chinese, postgraduate programs, but also training of public-service Chinese teachers or Chinese volunteer teachers all lack standardization of language. Therefore, this paper proposes that this part should be added to the training and training of Chinese teachers going abroad, and its importance, necessity, specific content and implementation strategies are discussed.
