先天性耳前瘘管是耳鼻喉科临床中的常见病。我科自1966年10月至1982年6月共收治先天性耳前瘘管42例,其中男28例,女14例。年龄3～52岁,以21～30岁最多。本组耳前瘘管的位置多数位于耳轮角前上方1cm处,其中双耳瘘管2例。
Congenital ear fistula is a common disease in otolaryngology clinic. Our department from October 1966 to June 1982 were treated 42 cases of congenital preauricular fistula, including 28 males and 14 females. Age 3 to 52 years old, most of 21 to 30 years old. Most of the location of this group of pre-eustachian tube is located at 1cm above the corner before the corner of the ear, of which two ears fistula in 2 cases.
