目的:探讨藏红花提取物对致敏小鼠血液中内皮素(ET-1)含量的影响。方法将18只小鼠随机分为对照组、哮喘组、治疗组。对照组用生理盐水腹腔注射并雾化,哮喘组以卵清蛋白(OVA)溶液腹腔注射并雾化激发哮喘,治疗组以OVA溶液腹腔注射,每次用OVA溶液激发之前1小时以藏红花提取液腹腔注射。结果:哮喘组小鼠血清中 ET 含量比对照组明显增高(P<0.05),治疗组小鼠血清中 ET-1含量较哮喘组小鼠明显降低(p<0.05)。结论:藏红花提取液可以降低致敏哮喘小鼠血液内ET的含量。“,”Abstract Objective: To investigate the effects of saffron extract on mice induced by blood sensitive endothelin (ET-1) effect. Methods 18 mice were randomly divided into two groups: control group, asthma group and treatment group. The control group with normal saline intraperitoneal injection and atomization, asthma group with ovalbumin (OVA) intraperitoneal injection and inhalation asthma, treatment group were treated with intraperitoneal injection of OVA solution, OVA solution is used to stimulate every time before 1 hours Tibetan safflower extract intraperitoneal injection. Results: the content of ET in the serum of asthma group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and the content of ET-1 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in asthma group (p<0.05).
