从医院药品加成政策的推出到今天已经有五十多年历史,该项政策现已经成为了医院发展的主要经济补偿政策。在新医改的推动与贯彻下,各医院纷纷从实际角度出发,并探索适合自身发展的管理体制与运行机制,以此实现以药补医的基本制度。在2014年全国各地各级医院纷纷取消药品加成,这在一定程度上对医院经济运行造成影响。为从根本上了解取消药品加成后医院经济运行现状,笔者调查本地几家医院,对其中所存在的问题展开讨论与分析,并提出相关的解决措施,旨在实现我国医院经济的有效性与稳定性。 More than 50 years have passed since the introduction of the hospital drug adventures policy. This policy has now become the major economic compensation policy for the development of hospitals. Under the promotion and implementation of the new medical reform, all hospitals set out from a practical point of view and explored a management system and operation mechanism suitable for their own development in order to realize the basic system of supplementing medicine with medicine. In 2014, hospitals at all levels across the country canceled the drug addition in succession, which, to a certain extent, affected the operation of the hospital. In order to fundamentally understand the status quo of hospital economic operation after the abolition of drug addition, the author investigated several local hospitals and discussed and analyzed the existing problems and proposed relevant solutions to achieve the hospital’s economic effectiveness and stability.
