目前,在北京的房地产市场中,房地产经纪公司虽然有不少,但真正能为购房者办实事的却不多,购房者信得过的经纪公司更是寥寥无几。市场亟待一种规范、健全的房地产经纪体制,需要诚实、守信的房地产经纪人。因为房地产经纪在整个房地产运行模式里处于一种很特殊的地位中。房地产经纪虽然不是房地产市场交易的主体,但却是保证房地产交易成功的必要环节。房地产交易对中介环节具有很强的依赖性。在这一点上美国的房地产经纪行业确实有可供我们参考的地方。
