目的分析2012年广西宜州市法定传染病报告情况,了解医疗机构法定传染病报告质量,以便及时、准确、全面掌握传染病疫情动态,采取有效措施控制疫情。方法对宜州市26家医疗机构传染病报告管理及网报质量进行调查,查阅门诊日志、出入院登记本、检验影像部门等临床记录,对传染病登记数及报告数进行统计分析。结果 2012年宜州市法定传染病漏报率为5.83%,传染病报告卡填写完整率为95.04%,准确率为90.86%,一致率为86.68%,医疗机构门诊就诊患者登记率为52.13%。以县、乡两级医疗机构漏报率较高,主要漏报病种有其他感染性腹泻、手足口病、肺结核、病毒性肝炎等。乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量较差。结论 2012年宜州市各级医疗机构传染病漏报率及其报告质量差别较大,应加强传染病督导检查力度,加大相关人员培训,建立功能科室和临床医生的结果反馈机制,是减少传染病漏报的有效手段。
Objective To analyze the report of notifiable infectious diseases in Yizhou, Guangxi in 2012, and to understand the quality of notifiable infectious diseases reported by medical institutions in order to timely, accurately and fully grasp the epidemic situation of infectious diseases and take effective measures to control the epidemic. Methods The infectious disease report management and quality of newspaper in 26 medical institutions in Yizhou City were investigated. Clinical records such as outpatient logbooks, attendance books, inspection imaging departments and so on were investigated, and the number of infectious diseases and the number of reports were statistically analyzed. Results The omission rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Yizhou was 5.83% in 2012, the complete rate of infectious disease report cards was 95.04%, the accuracy rate was 90.86%, and the concordance rate was 86.68%. The registration rate of outpatients in medical institutions was 52.13%. The county and township medical institutions miss a higher rate of omission, the main omission reported other infectious diarrhea, hand-foot-mouth disease, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis. Township hospitals reported poor quality of infectious diseases. Conclusion In 2012, the omission rate of infectious diseases and the quality of their reports in medical institutions at all levels in Yizhou are quite different. Therefore, efforts should be made to strengthen the supervision and inspection of communicable diseases, increase the training of relevant personnel and establish the feedback mechanism of results for functional departments and clinicians, Effective means of underreporting infectious diseases.
