目的:建立一测多评法同时测定蒌蒿药材中10种成分的含量。方法:以白藜芦醇为内参物,建立白藜芦醇与绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、毛蕊花糖苷、7-甲氧基香豆素、肉桂酸、槲皮素、木犀草素和异鼠李素的相对校正因子,计算各成分的含量。同时采用外标法测定这10种成分的含量,比较两者之间的差异,以验证一测多评法的准确性和可行性。结果:采用一测多评法和外标法测定的结果无显著差异。结论:该方法准确度高、回收率好,可用于蒌蒿药材中多成分的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a multi-evaluation method for the simultaneous determination of 10 constituents in the medicine of Artemisia selengensis. Methods: Resveratrol was used as an internal control to establish a method for the determination of resveratrol with chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, verbascoside, 7-methoxycoumarin, cinnamic acid, quercetin, luteolin and Isorhamnetin relative correction factor, calculate the content of each component. At the same time, the contents of these 10 components were determined by external standard method, and the differences between the two methods were compared to verify the accuracy and feasibility of multiple evaluation methods. Results: There was no significant difference between the results of one test with multiple test and external standard test. Conclusion: The method has high accuracy and good recovery and can be used for the quality evaluation of multi-components in the medicine of Artemisia selengensis.
