蜂王浆(Royal Jelly)的化学成分极为复杂,含有大量生物活性物质,具有广泛的药理作用,作为扶正强壮剂对多种疾病,特别是老年性、慢性和衰弱性疾病具有良好疗效,但鲜蜂王浆在常温下易变质、失效,给运输和贮存均带来不便,并直接影响其生物活性和临床疗效。因此,寻找一种有效且易于贮存和运输的鲜王浆剂型,是蜂产品研究中的一个重要课题。最近,北京市农业科学院养蜂研究室用新的工艺方法将鲜蜂王浆制成干粉剂和胶膜剂两种不同剂型。为探讨此二剂型的生物活性是否受加工工艺的影响,我们初步比较研究了新鲜王浆和此二剂型对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。

Recently, the Beekeeping Research Office of the Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences used fresh methods to make fresh royal jelly into two different formulations of dry powder and film. In order to investigate whether the biological activity of the two dosage forms is influenced by the processing technology, we initially compared the effects of fresh royal jelly and the two dosage forms on the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages.
