世界燃油规范当中,柴油标准属于是世界性的一种行业标准,并且到现在为止还没有获得相关炼油行业的普遍认可,如何充分利用I/A Series DCS系统自身所具有的强大灵活的功能来对柴油加氢装置进行优化,不断提高产品的质量和生产效率,降低能耗和物耗,使装置的管理和控制逐渐一体化,力求找到控制系统中的不足以及有点,对该系统在柴油加氢装置优化具有积极的意义,也是系统优化中的主要工作重点。本文主要论述了柴油加氢装置中存在的问题以及I/A Series DCS在柴油加氢装置优化中的应用等方面的内容。
